ITINERARY

DAY 1. Arrival in Petropavlovsk . Transfer and accommodation in a hotel. Visit to the Museum of Local Lore and to the Institute of Volcanology .
DAY 2. Helicopter flight to the Talovsky Hot Springs. Set up a base camp.
DAY 3. Trek to Nalychevo.
DAY 4. Excursions in Nalychevo.
DAY 5. Trek to Pinachevo pass.
DAY 6. Trek to the Pinachevo settlement. Drive by 6WD bus to the Zelenovsky Hot Springs.
DAY 7. Drive by 6WD bus to the Tolbachik volcano (6 - 7 hours). Set a base camp.
DAY 8. Ascending the Tolbachik Volcano.
DAY 9. Surveying the Northern vents of the Huge Tolbachik exploration, the Dead Forest and the Lunokhodchikov Base.
DAY 10. Drive by 6WD bus to the settlement Esso (150 km). Visit to the Ethnography Museum . Bathing in Hot Springs .
DAY 11. Drive to the Bystraya River . Beginning of rafting.
DAY 12-13. Rafting along the Bystraya River .
DAY 14. End of rafting. Drive to the hotel.
DAY 15. Visit to a fish market for caviar and salmon. Departure
