The Avacha Bay

The Avacha Bay was discovered by the Russians in 1703 and became the key point of the numerous sea expeditions. In the 1740 the Petropavlovsk pork was founded here.
Nowadays The Avacha Bay is one of the most important water objects in Kamchatka area, a reservoir of first category of fish-industry value.
While traveling on a board of the ship you can see rocky mountains which are like a protection for the town.
Beautiful seashores will amaze you. Many sea birds will fly above asking you to float further and further from Petropavlovsk.
